Supreme BPO is an innovative and energetic Contact Center. Founded in late 2017 with 3 agents offering inbound services, we have since expanded to 12 agents by early 2018. We provide 24/7/365 operations, even on holidays. Our small team has enabled us to carefully supervise and evaluate employee performance and quality. We have taken on a variety of operations, such as sales, customer service, technical support, email and SMS, transcription, and data entry. Our one-on-one coaching system ensures that synergy is maintained and our agents understand the importance of meeting our clients' expectations and providing exceptional services.
